摘要: An amount of propellant remaining in an orbiting satellite can be estimated a more accurate manner than is possible with conventional approached. Pressure and temperature telemetry data received from the analyzed using maximum likelihood estimation approach that reconstructs predicted tank pressure signal determines pressurant volume necessary to make reconstructed match signal. Drift transducers also addressed current subject matter, as issues including but not limited inaccessible due spin, expansion under pressure, like. Independent determinations amounts made moment inertia calculations situations which axis spin known priori.
