摘要: A catheter for debulking of an undesired deposit from inner surface at least one a blood vessel wall and stent located in vessel, the having tip section comprising: circumferentially-directed laser optics; circular-action cutter, wherein said optics is configured to transmit radiation modifying area thereby preparing penetration cutter cut through modified debulk part deposit. In addition, pacemaker ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) lead extraction disclosed.
