摘要: Purpose To analyze early clinical outcomes of aspheric micro-monovision LASIK for correction presbyopia and myopia with or without astigmatism. Methods Prospective, non-comparative case series 80 eyes 40 patients a mean age 43.4 ± 4.9 years (range: 38 to 63 years) treated bilaterally using an protocol. The target refraction was plano the distance eye between -0.75 -2.25 diopters (D) near eye. Visual acuity, ocular aberrations, contrast sensitivity, corneal topography, amplitude accommodation, binocular sensorial function, satisfaction score questionnaires were evaluated at 3 months after surgery. Results Three surgery, spherical equivalent (SE) in -0.08 0.27 D, whereas attempted achieved SE -1.41 0.28 -1.32 0.35 respectively. Ninety-three percent within ±0.50 D SE. uncorrected visual acuity (UDVA) surgery -0.10 0.06 logMAR (20/15.5), 0.22 0.12 (20/34), -0.11 (20/15), eyes, binocularly, Ninety-five simultaneously 0.0 (20/20) better J2 (20/25) better. Stability from 1 week follow-up. overall 92 6. Conclusions protocol provided well-tolerated effective means treating myopic astigmatism alleviating presbyopic symptoms simultaneously.
