摘要: This study fabricates a cross-form microchip in which the two side channels are attached to main channel via nanochannel bridge. Ionic depletion and enrichment zones established on anodic cathodic sides of nanochannel. Results show that low conductivity within zone induces rapid electroosmotic flow, turn prompts generation vortex flow structures zone. Both lengthening bulk charge layer decrease length diffusion as applied voltage is increased also demonstrated this study.
