摘要: To find a new index of winter monsoon without effects chemical weathering and pedogenesis is an important task in loess research. Chemical analysis five grain size fractions (i.e. >32 μm, 32–20 20–8 8–2 μm <2 μm) show that Zr enriched coarser size, while Rb concentrated finer fractions. An excellent correlation occurs between Zr/Rb ratios mean units (L1LL1 L1LL2) from Huanxian Xifeng sections, reflecting increase when coarser. Due to immobility the two elements during postdepositional process, can eliminate effect serve as proxy on variation. The ratio curves Huanxian, Luochuan sections last 130000 years strength was very weak MIS 3, which corresponded intensity 5.
