摘要: We prospectively studied patients undergoing open-heart surgical procedures to evaluate the role of phrenic nerve palsy in causation high incidence pulmonary complications reported these patients. Although atelectasis, or infiltrates, both developed left lower lobe 98% (43 44) with without similar changes on right side, only 5 (11%) 44 had diaphragmatic dysfunction following operation. In 1, became inexcitable; 2 paresis hemidiaphragm, and hemidiaphragm. damage can occur during operations, a relatively low this complication does not support it as major cause postoperative complications.
