摘要: With the completion of human genome-sequencing project, there has been a resulting change in focus studies from genomics to proteomics. By utilizing inherent advantages molecular beacon probes and biofunctionalized nanoparticles, series novel principles, methods techniques have exploited for bioanalytical biomedical studies. This review mainly discusses applications nanoparticles-based technologies real-time, in-situ, highly sensitive selective protein analysis, including nonspecific or specific detection separation, protein/DNA interaction studies, cell surface recognition, antigen-antibody binding process-based bacteria assays. The introduction nanoparticles into analysis area would necessarily advance proteomics research.
