摘要: We review available data on the activity of renin-angiotensin system (RAS), responsiveness to angiotensin II (ANG II), ANG receptor number, and effects inhibition RAS by I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors in patients with diabetes mellitus. Most authors, including ourselves, observed a normal or enhanced metabolically stable diabetics. Increased but also reduced was described nephropathic diabetes. This is contrast common suggestion that diabetics generally suppressed functionally inactive. The last assumption mainly based finding numbers anorectic, severely hyperglycemic rats. These findings could not be reproduced man, higher concentration platelets goes parallel frequent an pressor response infused increased most probably functional importance since - as one would expect face supranormal body sodium content. A number indicate renal resistance vessels display may reason for hyperfiltration. notion further supported reduction albuminuria which usually following ACE inhibitors, index glomerular capillary pressure human
