摘要: Abstract The restoration of vegetation is an important measure to combat land desertification. In this process, the distribution soil water, organic matter and available nutrient may be affected by vegetation. Caragana intermedia, a leguminous shrub, one major species widely planted fix moving semi-moving sand dunes in alpine sandy Gonghe Basin on Tibet Plateau. objective study was determine how conditions dune were C. intermedia plantation after shrub grows up. Effects age water content (SWC), (SOM) examined four ages plantation, e.g. 3-, 11-, 25-, 37-year-old. Soil samples collected for replicates from six depths (0–5 cm, 5–10 cm, 10–20 cm, 20–50 cm, 50–70 cm 70–100 cm) at leeside plant. results showed that: (1) SWC 25- 37-year-old plantations significantly higher than 3- 11-year-old 0–10 cm 10–20 cm (P  NH 4 + – N ) increased 10–100 cm NO 3 - 11- 25-year-old 0–50 cm with increase (P decreased , P K
