摘要: The majority of sacrococcygeal tumours are visible or palpable buttock masses. Two cases tumour reported with prominent associated abdominal distension. first case exhibited an unusually large intra-abdominal cystic component, as well a external mass. Both cysts appeared to arise from common origin on the sacrum. enlargement in second was due presence marked urinary ascites secondary obstructive uropathy caused by tumour. An incidental observation is offered concerning recognition destruction sacrum this Non-visualization osseous segments neonates and infants may be defective development benign tumour, not necessarily malignant transformation lesion.
