摘要: Abstract Kinetic and thermodynamic data are reported for the complex formation reactions. These species serve as models mechanistic behaviour of antitumor active cis -Pt(NH 3 ) 2 Cl complex. Pd(en)Cl undergoes spontaneous solvolysis in aqueous solution to produce Pd(en)(H O)Cl + O) 2+ . Spectrophotometric potentiometric techniques were employed determine equilibrium constant, K 1 = 4000 137 M− at 25 °C 0.1 M ionic strength.
