摘要: Abstract We observed electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra of either a cholestane or stearic acid probe in liposomes formed egg, yeast dipalmitoyllecithins individually mixtures and found: 1. (1) The “liquid lines” often with the originate free solution. 2. (2) lipid-water partition coefficient increases increasing fluidity lipid. In Mixed systems this causes concentration to be higher more fluid component leads overestimation system. 3. (3) equilibrium is rapid. This prevents removal from system by dialysis washing ensures that movement environment upon phase separation lipid will 4. (4) Even lipids can appear ESR at high dilutions probe: ratios. 5. (5) produces wit no lines”, which most cases represent crystalline phases mixed proportion their relative concentrations.
