Effects of early undernutrition on kinetic parameters of brain acetylcholinesterase from adult rats.

摘要: The effects of undernutrition during early life on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) specific activity cerebellum, hippocampus, hypothalamus and striatum were examined in rehabilitated adults rats. Undernourished rats raised by dams maintained a restricted food scheme from pup birth to weaning (day 31). offspring schedule until day 38 when they started have free access 70-80 days age. Control which had food. results showed that malnutrition caused significant increase AChE cerebellum (about 20%), 40%), 30%). No changes found the hippocampus. Undernutrition Vmax compared control group without Km both striatum. These suggest concentration does not affect affinity enzyme for substrate.
