摘要: Chitosan of different molecular weights (Chi-P, MW=2.7x10(5) g/mol and Chi-A, MW=5.0x10(5) g/mol) trimethyl chitosan chloride (TMC) various degree quaternization (DQ) including TMC-20, TMC-40 TMC-60 were evaluated as adjuvants for inducing immune responses to ovalbumin (OVA). OVA in solution alum used controls. Groups BALB/c mice immunized on days 0, 7 14. The IgG IgA titers examined 13 21. It was found that both 21, Chi-A could elicit higher than Chi-P. On day 13, induced significantly solution, Chi-P TMC-60. Moreover, induce alum. Although a significant difference not observed at shown solution. the most pronounced Again, elicite highest responses. In conclusion, these findings demonstrate MW DQ TMC influence level induction. shows be potent adjuvant intranasal administration.
