摘要: Infections with bacteria of the genus Salmonella are responsible for a variety acute and chronic diseases in poultry. Infected poultry flocks also among most important reservoirs salmonellae that can be transmitted through food chain to humans. Citrobacter belongs Enterobacteriaceae family which is closely related Salmonella. The aim this study was examine goose eggs contaminated spp. determine drug resistance pattern isolated organisms. Two hundred forty were collected Zabol region transferred microbiology laboratory University. egg shells thoroughly disinfected interior contents individual pooled into sterile beaker groups four resulting 60 samples overall. These then incubated at 37°C 24 h. Swab prepared from subcultured on several solid media. Identification performed using standard bacteriological biochemical procedures. Final confirmation isolates by slide serum agglutination test. isolation rates determined least 3.75%. Disc diffusion tests Muller–Hinton agar used sensitivity antibacterial agents. Ten antibiotics studied: ampicillin, colistin, cephalexin, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, gentamycin, furazolidone, nalidixic acid, norfloxacin tetracycline. Both genera showed 100% susceptibility ciprofloxacin norfloxacin. tetracycline (100%), but cephalexin furazolidone (88.8%).
