摘要: Objectives The goal of this study was to examine the diagnostic utility time onset early (Ea) diastolic velocity mitral annulus by tissue Doppler (TD) in comparison with inflow (TEa-E) for assessment left ventricular (LV) relaxation. Background Tissue imaging provides useful information about myocardial function. So far, studies have focused on measurement peak Ea, but not evaluated Ea. Methods Simultaneous heart catheterization and echocardiography (DE) were performed 10 dogs. Left atrial pressures LV volumes measured before after constriction circumflex (cx) coronary artery. The delay Ea next examined 60 consecutive patients, undergoing simultaneous right DE. Furthermore, used predict filling a prospective group 33 patients. Results In canine studies, significant prolongation interval noted cx constriction, which had relation tau (τ) (r = 0.93, p < 0.01). In human significantly delayed patients impaired relaxation pseudonormal age-matched controls. group, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) derived as: PCWPDoppler= LVend-systolic pressure× e−IVRT/(TEa-E), where IVRT is isovolumetric time; PCWPDopplerrelated well PCWPcatheter(r 0.84, 0.001). Conclusions TEa-Eis novel index relaxation. It can be identify dysfunction PCWP.
