摘要: An eco-friendly approach to the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by extracellular components Streptomyces albogriseolus has been reported. The isolated actinobacteria were genotypically identified 16S rRNA sequencing analysis, and morphology was observed high-resolution scanning electron microscopy. preliminary characterization synthesized carried out using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. maximum absorption spectra found be 409 nm at 48th hour incubation. yield AgNPs 72.64% as quantified an atomic average size determined dynamic light scattering technique 16.25 ± 1.6 nm. results from transmission microscopy X-ray diffraction confirmed formation spherical shaped crystalline AgNPs. interaction protein with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis. biosynthesized inhibited growth food pathogens (Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus). Hence, S. could employed a probable antimicrobial agent eliminate pathogenic microorganisms. This for paves path new biomaterial interfaces, which applied in different biomedical fields.
