摘要: The objective of this prospective, randomized study was to compare the effectiveness fiberoptic, conventional and a combination phototherapy in decreasing bilirubin concentrations neonatal nonhemolytic hyperbilirubinemia. Forty-six infants who were 36 weeks' gestation more randomly assigned fiberoptic (n=16) (Biliblanket, Ohmeda), daylight (n=15) (fiberoptic conventional). groups similar clinical characteristics at entry terms birth weight, age concentration. There no statistically significant differences duration treatment among three (P=0.83). also serum 24 hours, 48 end phototherapy, hours postphototherapy. We concluded that decrease concentration comparable groups.
