摘要: This book provides a clear understanding of the nature and theoretical basis most widely used numerical methods - finite element method (FEM) boundary (BEM) while at same time presenting promising directions for future developments. Attention is paid mainly to those that have proven be reliable efficient, as well currently under rapid development. Examples were selected either illustrate various computational algorithms compare their accuracy efficacy or elucidate mechanical processes investigation, traditional examples are already covered by standard textbooks been deliberately omitted. Emphasis placed on basic principles, rather than details individual algorithms. The covers all topics essential students elementary intermediate courses in solid mechanics, it also serves useful reference researchers other professionals. was recently translated from highly regarded, original Czech edition.
