摘要: Consumers all over the United States are attempting to organize into groups assert their rights collectively. To aid in this organization of concerned consumers, a model was developed for local consumer organization. The covers five important areas: — organizational dynamics structure volunteer recruitment, selection, training, and motivation funding sources methods communication In addition these areas, four selected topics were covered, which included dispute handling, educational proj ects, newsletters, lobbying. separated an phase implementation phase, two areas covered depth. A third continuation, dealt witli briefly. Finding information difficult because so little has been written about developing or ganization. Results from surveying existing organizations limited few replied request information, literature they did send brief with very specific topics,
