摘要: Consumers all over the United States are attempting to organize into groups assert their rights collectively. To aid in this organization of concerned consumers, a model was developed for local consumer organization. The covers five important areas: — organizational dynamics structure volunteer recruitment, selection, training, and motivation funding sources methods communication In addition these areas, four selected topics were covered, which included dispute handling, educational proj­ ects, newsletters, lobbying. separated an phase implementation phase, two areas covered depth. A third continuation, dealt witli briefly. Finding information difficult because so little has been written about developing or­ ganization. Results from surveying existing organizations limited few replied request information, literature they did send brief with very specific topics,
