摘要: The heterogeneity of endothelial cell surface antigen expression was studied in 5 human full-term placentae by means indirect immunohistochemistry using 9 monoclonal antibodies and staining with fluorescent-conjugated Ulex europaeus lectin, both which are widely used markers. (1) A highly specific, homogeneous fetal maternal placental vessels all sizes anatomical regions observed the PAL-E, QBEND10 1F10. These were even more specific than factor VIII antibody von Willebrand antibody, cross-reacted some non-endothelial cells structures. reactivity 1F10 residual basal plate strongly suggests an origin these cells. This might indicate organ-associated (3) Monoclonal against receptors for transferrin IgG (FcγRII) labeled increasing intensity distal insertion umbilical cord. cord itself unreactive. suggest a macro- microvascular
