摘要: National Institute of Health declares that anxiety and stress with lack creative QAA pleasurable events are responsible for eighty percent the world wide illnesses. (Junkwon & Graham, 2001). Medical students come across mental more than other because they exposed to a new curriculum which is different, stressful voluminous. (Singh, Singh Gautam, 2009). In this regards, high incidence burn out, exhaustion, episodes depression higher frequency suicidal tendencies have been reported in underdeveloped countries (Rehman, Usmani, Omaeer, Gul, 2014).
