摘要: One would be hard-pressed nowadays to find any practitioners and scholars in the field of post-disaster reconstruction who argue against virtues community participation. In practice, however, legacy participation has been mixed. This paper pursues this line inquiry by examining manifestations three communities affected Typhoon Haiyan that struck Philippines on 8 November 2013. The findings suggest different governance logics emerge each case studies: authoritarian; communitarian; deliberative.
