A Low Complexity Downlink Beamforming Scheme for DS-CDMA System

摘要: The downlink capacity of frequency division duplex (FDD) based DS-CDMA system can be improved if multielement antenna array is equipped at the base station. In this paper, a novel two-path beamforming (TPDB) scheme proposed to reduce multiple access interference as well providing two-order path diversity in downlink. An analysis model presented for evaluation multirate with station array, and performance TPDB compared other schemes on model. comparison results show that would promising candidate transmission both implementation complexity are considered. Moreover, simple algorithm steering vector estimation TPDB, robustness presence fading also confirmed by computer simulations.
