Measuring the sport club experience quality for migrants in Germany: Development and validation of a sport club experience quality scale

摘要: In Germany, the national initiative titled ‘Integration through Sport’ has been implemented to encourage migrants participate in sport clubs that provide a range of activities and help build mutual relationships. spite this effort, number continued decrease rapidly over past decade. Successful implementation program requires practitioners operators understand which experience quality elements actually offered can retaining them as members. Thus, aim research was (1) conceptualize notion club for (SCEQM) (2) develop valid reliable instrument measure SCEQM. Consequently, 15 items five factors were developed: staff, peers, program, interaction facility. The result confirmative factor analysis indicated data fit model well.
