摘要: This secondary recovery method for oil includes at least a pair of parallel, permeable hydrocarbon-fluid- producing zones, separated by thin fluid-impermeable zone. At 1 injection and production well penetrate all the zones. One more zones is packed off in well, air pumped into zone to ignite continue combustion therein. As front advances, overlying underlying are heated conduction losses. Water adjointing, heated, oil-bearing moves displaced toward well. An increase temperature from 100 300'F, system containing 15$ API oil, will result 30-fold reduction oil-water viscosity ratio. (5 claims)
