摘要: An ecological project for water purification was conducted in Meiliang Bay, Lake Taihu, which supplies one-third of the drinking Wuxi City, China. Sediment dredging employed. The floating-leaf and floating macrophytes were planted, combined with wave-attenuating, algal bloom blocking to improve quality. At same time, large amounts fish net placed experimental zone, massive periphytes adhere. To evaluate effectiveness remediation, many studies based on chemical analysis or acute toxicity test. this study, chronic toxicities before after China, evaluated a battery vitro bioassays, including EROD bioassay, recombined yeast assay, as well umu test detection Ah-receptor (AhR) agonists, estrogenic chemicals genotoxic chemicals, respectively. Before AhR effect, effect indirect genotoxicity all detected sediments Taihu Lake. After amelioration, levels agonists decreased by 42.3-80.7%, 71.6-93.9% 23.2-75.0%. Results showed that effectively removed toxicants from sediments. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V All rights reserved.
