摘要: Leptospirosis is probably the world's most widespread zoonosis. It remains underdiagnosed largely due to broad spectrum of signs and symptoms attributable this spirochetal pathogen. Leptospira spp. cause a diversity diseases from flu-like illness Weil's syndrome with multi-organ failure. Recent epidemics may herald change in virulence or an alteration balance between humans their interactions other host species environment.
