摘要: Recently, we reported that UVB-activated indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) induces the apoptosis of G361 human melanoma cells. In present study, used IAA and visible light combinations to treat B16F10 melanoma-implanted nude mice using an experimental intense pulsed (IPL) therapy model. We first investigated whether activated by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or UVB causes IAA/HRP IAA/UVB combination lead cells, as in other cell lines. Interestingly, alone was not cytotoxic. These findings suggested potential use treatment melanoma. For future clinical use, also tested has same effects like found activates produce free radicals IAA/visible decreased viability significantly. Based on these results, IAA/IPL tried it can induce vivo status. TUNEL staining showed induced tumor addition, expressions p53, Fas, PARP were upregulated IAA/IPL-treated group than untreated control, demonstrating caused mice. conclusion, regression results suggest malignant
