摘要: Photoemission measurements have been carried out on BaTiO3 single crystals subjected to a heat treatment in an oxygen atmosphere. It is shown that the electron affinity of surfaces increased substantially by presence chemisorbed oxygen. The apparent conductivity enhanced baking atmosphere prior deposition electrodes. suggested this enhancement due oxygen, and model put forward explain mechanism carrier injection into BaTiO3.
