摘要: Cell therapy is a promising method for treatment of hematopoietic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, and tissue loss due to trauma. Some the major barriers cell have been partially addressed, including identification populations, in vitro proliferation, strategies immunosuppression. An unsolved problem recapitulation unique combinations matrix, growth factor, adhesion cues that distinguish each stem microenvironment, are critically important control progenitor differentiation histogenesis. Here we describe an approach which cells, synthetic matrix elements, controlled-release technology assembled programmed, before transplantation, mimic chemical physical microenvironment developing tissue. We demonstrate this animals using transplantation system allows fetal brain survival by pre-assembly neo-tissues containing cells nerve factor (NGF)-releasing particles.
