摘要: Abstract In this study the selective determination of tannic acid (TA) was performed using a glassy carbon (GC) electrode modified with 1-benzoyl-3-(pyrrolidine) thiourea (PrTu). PrTu deposited on GC in nonaqueous media by cyclic voltammetry. PrTu-GC demonstrated an electrocatalytic effect oxidation TA differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method 0.1 M Britton Robinson (BR) buffer solution pH 2. Under optimum conditions, linear calibration graphs were obtained over concentration range 2.0 × 10 − 6 to 4.2 × 10 − 5 M. The limit detection (LOD) found as 0.6 μM. proposed applied spiked tea. also for orange juice samples and results experiments agreement that spectrophotometric comparison method.
