摘要: In brief Women experience many changes during menopause and the climacteric. Physical can affect nearly every organ system; social psychological cause fear anxiety. However, by exercising, a woman improve her quality of life mitigate negative effects these changes. Exercise cardiorespiratory fitness, reduce risk coronary artery disease, prevent osteoporosis. Establishing exercise guidelines for menopausal patients help them reap advantages an program.
