摘要: We describe and analyze HST/STIS observations of the G2 V star α Centauri A ( Cen A, HD 128620), a similar to Sun. The high resolution echelle spectra obtained with E140H E230H gratings cover complete spectral range 1133-3150 A with 2.6 km s -1 , an absolute flux calibration accurate $\pm 5$%, wavelength accuracy 0.6–1.3 . present here study spectrum covering 1140–1670 range, which includes 671 emission lines representing 37 different ions molecules CO H 2 For quiet active Sun, we intercompare redshifts, nonthermal line widths, parameters two Gaussian representations transition region (e.g., $\ion{Si}{iv}$, $\ion{C}{iv}$), infer electron density from $\ion{O}{iv}$ intersystem lines, compare their differential measure distributions. One purpose this is solar UV determine how atmosphere heating processes in differ Sun as result small differences gravity, age, chemical composition stars. second provide excellent solar-like that can serve proxy for observed point source when comparing other stars
