摘要: Ion-beam mixing was measured in immiscible Cu bilayer systems after Kr irradiation at 6 K and 295 K. It observed that for the which form miscible liquids but have limited solid solubility, Cu-Nb Cu-Bi, occurs not For a system is either or liquid state, does occur Mixing also pure isotope specimens,63Cu–65Cu, to provide standard other measurements. The results are interpreted on basis of an atomistic model ion beam mixing. assumes point defects created initial phases cascade evolution, these migrate during later ‘thermal spike’ phase.
