摘要: Abstract On the basis of a series 212 patients examined in Radium Center, Copenhagen, during period 1930–1950 spontaneous course cervical precancerous lesions is discussed. A total 127 remained untreated throughout observation period. All have been followed for at least 3 years, 104 (82 per cent) 5 and 38 (30 minimum 10 years. The subsequent fate all but one known. After 1 year's follow-up 4 cent had developed manifest carcinoma cervix, end years 11 cent, 22 9 33 cent. In all, 34 cancer (10 which were only microscopically demonstrable, 17 Stage I, II, 2 III, IV time diagnosis). Statistical analysis material does not afford definite proof that will develop cases, if sufficiently long. author's opinion, histological diagnosis precancer call immediate radical measures (total hysterectomy or application radium), careful with frequent control examinations.
