摘要: Although the philosophical tradition of cosmopolitanism can be traced back to ancient Greece — especially stoic idea being a member world city, moral community humankind it is nowadays mainly associated with modern universal human rights as articulated in Universal Declaration Human Rights (Anderson-Gold, 2001: 1). According preamble Declaration, freedom, justice and peace are based on ‘recognition inherent dignity equal inalienable all members family’. As theory, characterized by three comparable claims.1 First all, beings not ethnic communities, nations or states ultimate units concern. Second, an unit concern attaches some subset race, but persons equally. Third, claim that holds globally. It tied specific culture, religion region.
