摘要: Water and swab samples were collected from 13 hospitals analyzed for Legionella counts. was detected in eight out of 22 130 water swab-collected samples. A total 72.7% the strains L. pneumophila ser. 1, 22.7% 2-14, 4.5% did not belong to any these groups. AFLP typing 1 generated two distinguishable types. There no significant correlation sample type with recovery. isolation more likely occur cooling towers than system. temperatures 30–40°C seem favor growth. Of 265 serum taken medical technical staff control IgG titre, 89.4% negative, 7.2% positive, 3.4% result doubtful. No association between titre maximum observed level occurrence detected.
