摘要: Proteins can be considered molecular machines, and protein 3D-structures are key to the understanding of these machines many applications in biotechnology medicine. We developing a method speed up time consuming process structure determination significantly. The closely couples bioinformatics for prediction with fast experiments (chemical cross-linking, specific proteolysis, mass spectrometry) validation. For given protein, iterates over cycles collect more information on structure, finally resulting an Experimentally Validated Model (EVAM) structure.
