摘要: The nervous system is one of the most complex biological systems, and disease (NSD) a major cause disability mortality. Extensive evidence indicates that numerous dysregulated microRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in broad spectrum NSDs. A comprehensive review miRNA-mediated regulatory will facilitate our understanding miRNA dysregulation mechanisms In this work, we summarized currently available databases on miRNAs NSDs, star NSD miRNAs, width, width distribution sub-categories by reviewing approximately 1000 studies. addition, characterized miRNA-miRNA NSD-NSD interactions from network perspective based miRNA-NSD benchmarking data sets.
