摘要: The normal function of the blood brain barrier (BBB) is maintenance central nervous system homeostasis. structure, development, differentiation and (and in particular role tight junctions) BBB are discussed this chapter, followed by a description pathological changes during EAE: leakiness, molecular junctions, crossing encephalitogenic T cells immunological factors responsible for breakdown EAE.
