Calcaneus QUS (Broadband Ultrasound Attenuation - BUA, Speed Sound SOS) were for men women, stratified by age group. Comparisons according to exposure levels made Kruskal-Wallis test multivariate estimated linear regression. Results 1482 (1010 females 472 males), aged from 18 92 years. Higher found younger groups progressive decrease with reported. Men showed higher values compared women all differences between them increased age. Differences significant BUA after 39 SOS 59.
