摘要: Summary Conventional histopathology and morphometry allowed the classification of palisading necrotic lesions present in glioblastomas high grade astrocytomas into three well defined morphological variants. Further analysis cell densities, mitotic indexes vascular areas, gather at different zones around necrosis, strongly suggest that types found most likely correspond to periods or stages evolution lesions. The evidence indicates this process is a regressive gliotic tendency it may represent an unfolding differentiating mechanism latent necrosis.
