摘要: Interacting groups fail to make judgments as accurate those of their most capable members due problems associated with both interaction processes and cognitive processing. Group process techniques decision analytic tools have been used combat these problems. While such do improve the quality group judgment, they not enabled more than members. A new intervention procedure that integrates facilitation, modeling information technology was developed overcome fully typically An experiment involving 16 four- five-member conducted test this process. Results indicated small, interacting perform significantly better on two conflict tasks (p >
