摘要: This study examined the effect of acute bull exposure around time artificial insemination (AI) on oxytocin and progesterone concentrations, pregnancy rates in dairy cows. Ninety six cows, stratified according to parity into primiparous pluriparous, were divided three groups; short (SBE; 10 min, n = 32), long (LBE; 4 h, 32) or no (NBE; 32). On day 45 post-partum, all cows treated with PGF2α occasions 11-14 days apart synchronize oestrus. They submitted fixed AI 80 h after third injection. Cows SBE LBE groups artificially inseminated 5 min introduction bull. From a subset (n 6 per group; pluriparous), blood samples collected once every starting 15 before until analysed for concentrations. Additional measurements (P4) concentrations daily 3 thereafter 22. The effects exposure, time, parity, difficulty AI, P4 using mixed linear model procedure. Mean change not different among groups. Pregnancy NBE, 55.5%, 33.3% 44.4%, respectively, In conclusion, did affect improve cattle under these farms conditions.
