摘要: One drawback of bamboo as concrete reinforcement beams is the relative displacement between two materials. The research reported in this paper aimed to experimentally investigate improvement bamboo-concrete-bond by means nailing. Eight were tested, six them reinforced with Dendrocalamus giganteus Munro nailed bamboo-splints and reference beams, without pins. Steel pins or used. Two, three four nodes. Load-displacement load-strain curves are presented discussed. results showed that improved beam stiffness; nevertheless, they reduced locally transversal section splint and, consequently, ultimate load.
