Optoacoustic determination of analytical parameters and physicochemical constants in highly concentrated solutions of chromophores

摘要: Abstract Determination of chromophores various classes—rosaniline (fuchsine), cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, tris(1,10-phenanthroline) iron(II), and phenol red — in their concentrated solutions near solubility limits is performed with the optoacoustic technique for optically dense solutions; light-absorption coefficients samples range from 0.5 to 500 cm–1. The assessment these substances organo-aqueous organic solvents possible up ca. 0.1 mol L–1. Characteristic stability rate constants chelation iron(II) 1,10-phenanthroline are determined. It was found that turbidities 200 FTU dynamic viscosities 20 mPa s do not affect determination. determination total anthocyanins (as cyanidin-3-O-glucoside) bilberry sweet-cherry juices agrees reference spectrophotometric method demonstrates possibilities analysis real without dilution almost no sample preparation.
