摘要: Abstract Guanyl cyclase was assayed by determining the rate of conversion [ α - 32 P ]GTP to cyclic 3′,5′-[ P]GMP. A two-step chromatographic procedure developed for isolating product. The enzyme found in soluble fraction after homogenizing tissues 0.3 M sucrose. reaction showed a pH optimum near 7.6 and dependent on Mn 2+ . relative enzymatic activity rat lung >> brain = spleen > kidney liver heart.
