摘要: One hundred fifty patients over the age of 30 who had undergone major abdominal operations were stratified according to risk deep venous thrombosis and randomized into three groups receive different prophylactic regimens: group A, electrical calf stimulation; B, low-dose subcutaneous heparin; C, intermittent sequential compression thromboembolism-deterrent (TED) stockings. All scanned with 125I-fibrinogen test for whole stay in hospital. The incidence detected thrombi was 18% 9% 4% C. results indicate that regimen TED stockings is as effective heparin. Electrical stimulation less effective.
