摘要: Summary Ecdysteroid levels in Gryllus bimaculatus eggs have been determined at each of the developmental stages by a radioimmunoassay. Freshly laid contained low amounts free and conjugated ecdysteroids (c. 120 ng ecdysone equivalents per g wet wt.). A slight increase around day 8/9 (time cuticle secretion) was followed conspicuous rise ecdysone, 20-hydroxyecdysone polar tenth day, that means one before hatching larvae. To examine possible metabolic transformations contributing to this immunoreactive during late embryogenesis, metabolism [3H]ecdysone administered vitellogenic females investigated. showed labelled ecdysteroids, mainly an apolar form.
